The ROUTE60™ is our answer to reduce the pitch of vertical probing.
This very advanced vertical technology can easily reach 60µm pitch. Our revolutionary
concept and design guarantees the same reliability of 3 mils probes, even considering such a fine pitch. We are sure that this
