called Checkmate Technology.
This approach allows to perform the lighting test in parallel
configuration, up to 16 dies, improving significantly the present situation
based on cantilever technology in single die layout.
The Checkmate card is the most efficient industrial
solution to reduce the EWS cost, improving in the same time the
electrical performance.
